Late entry fees apply after 29th August 2026 ($60.00)

Please note that if your registration is late, you will not be eligible to win a trophy or receive a commemorative metal pin and sew on badge as we have to organise trophies and badges well in advance of the AGM.

Meet and Greet at the Mount Barker Bowls and Sports Club 3 Lowood Rd, Mount Barker WA, 4.30 pm. Finger food / Dinner to be advised.

Saturday AGM Rally Ride Oct. 24

AGM Saturday Oct. 24
The AGM will be held at the Mount Barker Bowls and Sports Club 3 Lowood Rd, Mount Barker WA commencing at 4pm.

AGM Presentation Dinner.
The AGM dinner and presentations will be held at the Mount Barker Bowls and Sports Club 3 Lowood Rd, Mount Barker WA commencing at 7pm with pre dinner drinks prior to 7pm.

Post AGM Sunday Ride Oct. 25
