2025 AGM NSW HREC - ROYAL ENFIELD CLUB OF AUSTRALIA INC
Date of Meeting: 6 December 2025
Time of Meeting: 5.00pm
Location: Blackheath NSW
Present: John Wright, Mark Reynolds, Roger McCall, Narelle Whitworth.
Apologies: Nil.
Meeting opened at 5pm.
1. 2024 AGM minutes reviewed and accepted.
2. Treasurer’s report:
The treasurer reported that the club, at the date of this report, will be able to pay any and all debts as and when they fall due. The following is the financial statement for NSWHREC for the financial year ended 30/6/25.
Total Income - $54-00 (reimbursement of fees for Fair Trading from RECOA)
Total expenditure - $54-00 fees for Fair Trading
Total assets - Nil
Total liabilities – Nil.
3. Election of HREC Committee:
All office bearers were re-elected as no other nominations for positions were received.
