The Royal Enfield Club of Australia Inc Winter Rally is held each year

on the King’s Birthday Long Weekend

The usual format of the Rally consists of

• • Ride to the Rally Destination on Saturday,
  • “Meet and Greet” Saturday afternoon, followed by dinner at a local establishment
  • Rally Ride Sunday with lunch and bike judging
  • Dinner and Presentation on Sunday night.
  • Monday, have breakfast and a stroll around town before departing home.

Saturday Ride to Rally

Attendees will be riding from Sydney on Saturday and Melbourne on Friday

Some members from Sydney will be leaving Saturday morning and travelling through The Blue Mountains and Oberon to Boorowa

Some members from Melbourne will be riding up the Hume  on Friday and then on to Boorowa on Saturday

Saturday Meet and Greet

Afternoon drinks from 5pm at the Boorowa Hotel followed by dinner at 6:30 in the Pub’s Dinning Room

Sunday Rally Ride

The plan for the Rally ride is to take in some of the areas fantastic roads – details to follow

Sunday Rally Dinner and Trophy Presentation

Will be held in the Boorowa Hotel dinning room from approx 630pm

Club will contribute to Sunday night dinner and put some money on the bar for drinks 

Monday

Go for a wander around historic Boorowa and find somewhere to have breakfast and then make your way back home

BOOROWA Winter Rally – SUNDAY 07/06/26

RIDE INSTRUCTIONS

NO DIRT OR GRAVEL ROADS – TOTAL APPROX. 230KM

Morning Tea Ride to Wombat Cottage, Wombat Rd Wombat NSW – 75KM

Leave Boorowa from Boorowa Hotel at 930 am, turn left onto Marsden St.

Ride south up Marsden Street towards Yass.

After 3 km turn right onto Cunningar Rd.

After 4 km turn right, following Cunningar Rd.

After 26 km, come to a T intersection and turn right onto Burley Griffin Way.

Continue for 25 km, then at the roundabout, turn right onto the Olympic Highway.

After 14km, turn right onto Wombat Rd. Morning tea and judging at Wombat Cafe.

Lunch Ride to Rose Garden Coffee Place, Lachlan Valley Way Cowra NSW – 90KM

Leave Wombat Cottage

Turn right onto Olympic Highway towards Young. Continue for 13.6km.

Turn left onto Main St / Olympic Highway. Continue straight 600m, then at T intersection

turn right onto William St, then 350m turn left onto Elizabeth St.

After 1.5km turn left onto Scenic Rd. Ride for 16km, then turn left onto Iandra Rd.

Continue for 20km until you come to a T intersection. Turn right.

Travel for 13km until the next T Intersection, Mid-Western Highway. Turn

right and travel for 24km towards Cowra. Turn right into Lachlan Valley Way

Turn right into the Rose Garden Café

Afternoon Ride back to Boorowa

Direct Route via Lachlan Valley Way – 75km

Come out of Rose Garden Cafe, turn right at Lachlan Valley Way and follow it back to Boorowa, 76km

Alternate Scenic Route via Darbys Falls – 91km

turn left out of Rose Garden Cafe at Lachlan Valley Way and right onto Mid-Western Highway.

1.5km Turn right onto Fitzroy St then 500m Turn left onto Brougham St / Darbys Falls Rd

21km ride through Darbys Falls then 6km Turn right onto Frogmore Rd

45km Turn right onto Rugby Rd then 15km Turn right onto Brial St at Boorowa

1.5km Turn left onto Marsden St then continue 500m to Boorowa Hotel.
